Website Redesign
Total Expert is a customer first financial software company and we needed a website to match just that. The original website was dark and had no representations of the platform, Total Expert needed to flip the script and we did just that. The creative team (consisting of myself as design lead, two other designers and our creative director) took on the initiative, collaborating on how our website as a whole should look. Relying on white space, animations and illustration we brought Total Expert’s new website to life, accurately representing us as a customer first company.
I had direct ownership of the product and solutions pages, I met with executive stakeholders to ensure all important content that was needed was represented. As the content began to be locked down I was able to begin wireframing, ensuring the story of our product flowed across each page. Once the wireframes were locked down I was able to really start designing how the content would visually come to life using product illustrations and animations.
